Interakt’s Custom Campaign Reports feature is designed to simplify how businesses track their WhatsApp campaign performance. It provides a centralized view of all campaign insights, eliminating the need to analyze individual reports separately.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use this feature.

What are Custom Campaign Reports?

Custom Campaign Reports in Interakt allow you to consolidate performance data from multiple campaigns into a single view. You can choose between two types of reports based on your needs:

Campaign Summary Report: Provides a high-level overview of broad metrics including attempts, sends, deliveries, reads, and failures. This report does not contain customer-level metrics and is perfect for quick presentations or team meetings.

Campaign Detailed Report: Breaks down metrics like attempts, sends, deliveries, reads, clicks, and failures at the individual customer level. It includes specific customer details, making it ideal for analyzing performance for a specific segment.

CTWA Ad Campaign Detailed Report: Provides lead-level details specifically from your Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads. This includes the Lead Name, Mobile Number, Lead Created Date, Campaign Name, Ad Name, and Ad ID to help you track exactly which ads generated each lead.

How to Generate a Custom Report

Follow these steps to generate and receive your custom insights:

1. Access the Feature: Head over to the Market tab and click on Custom Campaign Reports.

2. Start Generation: Click on “Generate a Report”.

3.Choose Your Report Type: Select one of the three report types mentioned above.

4. Select Date Range: Choose the timeframe you wish to analyze.
Note: A maximum of 31 days of data can be fetched at once.

5. Apply Additional Filters:

Campaign Type: Filter by One-time, Ongoing, or API campaigns.
Campaign Name: Select a single campaign or multiple campaigns to include in your data set.

6. Delivery: Hit “Email Report” and the data will land straight in your inbox.

Note: Report generation may take a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the data size.
