Interakt’s Contacts Hub gives you complete control over your customer database, including the ability to remove outdated or irrelevant contacts. Follow this guide to learn how to delete contacts effortlessly.
1. Navigate to the Contacts Hub
Log in to your Interakt account and go to the Contacts Hub tab.
2. Select the Contacts
Choose the contacts you want to delete by clicking the checkbox on the extreme left side of each contact row.
You can select:
- A single contact
- Multiple contacts at once
3. Click on “More Actions.”
Once you’ve selected the contacts, click on the “More Actions” button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Choose ‘Delete Contacts’
From the dropdown menu, select “Delete Contacts.”
5. Confirm Deletion
A confirmation pop-up will appear on your screen asking you to verify your action.
If you’re sure you want to proceed, click on the “Confirm” button to permanently delete the selected contacts.
That’s it! The selected contacts will now be removed from your database.
